Doug Brisard, member of the Class of 74 presented a donation Saturday, September17 to the Clinton Roque Court Peace Park Project. Accepting the donation for the project are Cris Rogers, Bill Good, Kevin Peterson, Bob O'Dea and Mark Cunningham all members of the Class of 73. Thanks Class of 74 in helping to preserve the history of Clinton!!!

The Class of 73 took advantage of the great weather we had on Saturday by starting the installation of the pondless water fountain. We are so blessed with the talent of our classmates at times like this. Kevin, Mark, Cris, Bill, Bob, and Kenny thanks for your hardwork and dedication to this project!

Day two workday the weather was not as co-operative as Saturday. More work will still be needed on the fountain.

HOMECOMING PARADE TODAY

IN HONOR OF TONITES HOMECOMING PARADE....THE CLASS OF 73 FLOAT ENTRY!
Do your remember the cutting, folding, and stuffing each napkin through chicken wire on the whole dang float!  Not like today where you just order and place it on the wagon!  I must say I have know idea what this was suppose to be.  Do you?

THE SCHOOL BOARD IMPROVEMENT PLAN TO HIGH SCHOOL



At the school improvement meeting the library is on the list! It still has the '73 original tables and chairs....they have added the windows..no more open space...the plan is eventually getting rid of all the books and go all TECHIE!!! 




The school improvement for the high school includes the commons area! You know the place where we did all our STUDYING at!!!! They are wanting to get rid of the darkness of the floors and walls.  It is still all original to the 1973 except the concession it has been closed so that everything can be locked.

The food line is up for remodeling also along with the restrooms. sorry didnt take a pic of that! Pretty disgusting i must say......same toilets since 1973 i am told!  Can't tell you whose names are still on the bathroom walls!!!  If only those walls could talk!!!!!

They are wanting to take out the auditorium chairs! They are calling this vintage YES these are the same chairs from our high school dayz 1972-73!!!  I think i might just purchase some of these and put them into my Loveshack!!!  I love VINTAGE!!!!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND
 Cris Rogers to speak to genealogy Tuesday, September 13 at 7:00pm will meet at the Vespian Warner Library. This will be the second program Rogers presented to the organization. Many people missed his first presentation, during which he shared the restoration project of the Roque Court. The Class of '73, along with lots of donations and time help with the project.  Eugene "Mac" Mckinney the oldest living Roque Court member attend to answer any questions about the Clinton Roque Court's history.
